Currently, we only ship within the USA. However, we do have plans to expand our shipping options internationally in the near future.

We utilize UPS and USPS as our designated shipping carriers. All orders exceeding $500 necessitate a direct signature. Optional supplemental insurance is also available; otherwise, the prevailing insurance rate provided by the shipping carrier remains unchanged. Once your order has been dispatched, we relinquish any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We kindly request that you promptly reach out to the shipping carrier.

The standard shipping timeframe is typically 5-7 business days for ground packages through either USPS or UPS. However, if you require expedited shipping, kindly reach out to us via email to inquire about any potential accommodations prior to placing your order. You may send us an email at contactus@travianvann.com. If you have both a 'pre-order' item and a standard item in your order, please be aware that only one shipping fee has been paid. Consequently, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready. Should you wish to receive the available items ahead of time, we kindly ask you to make separate purchases.

Items Available/Ready to Wear:
Our processing time is generally 2 business days, and shipments are made Monday through Friday. Standard shipping will apply to all orders. Complimentary shipping is offered for all orders over $350.

Pre-Order Purchases:
Please take note of the shipping description listed with each item. An expected shipping date will be provided. The production time for the majority of our pre-order items is 4-6 weeks.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please be aware that we have a strict NO REFUND/ NO EXCHANGE policy in place. All of our garments are meticulously crafted to order in our USA atelier, following the sizing chart provided on our measurement guide. It is crucial that you carefully select the correct size that corresponds to your measurements. We kindly ask you to double-check before proceeding with your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is an error on our part, such as an incorrect color or size, please reach out to us at orders@travianvann.com for assistance.

Typically, it takes us 2 to 4 weeks to complete the production process for our items. Weekends and holidays are not included in this timeframe. If there are any special production requirements, they will be specified in the product description.

Our Closet Drop designs are limited time only and then we move to the next highlighted design. We may bring the selected style in the future or in another color. Please subscribe to recieve future alert of restock or new color waves.
